Receta Easy Pineapple Pie

Ingredientes
- 8 1/2 ounce crushed pineapple
- 1/3 c. margarine 3/4 stick
- 1 1/2 c. sugar * see note
- 3 lrg Large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 x 9 inch pie crust unbaked
Direcciones
- * Substitute 1/2 c. packed brown sugar for 1/2 c. of the white sugar if preferred.
- 1. Drain pineapple very well, reserving juice for other uses.
- 2. Cream butter and sugar together till light and fluffy.
- 3. Add in Large eggs and use a wire whisk to combine thoroughly.
- 4. Add in vanilla extract and liquid removed pineapple; blend. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell and bake in preheated 350-degree oven for about 45 min. Let cold for a few min before cutting, or possibly serve cool.
