Receta Whole Wheat Molasses Quick Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 c. white flour
- 2 teaspoon double acting baking pwdr
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. dark molasses
- 1/3 c. oil
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pans. In large bowl with fork, mix flours, baking pwdr, soda and salt.
- In medium bowl mix buttermilk, molasses and oil. Stir into flour till moistened. Spoon proportionately into pans.
- Bake 50 min or possibly till toothpick in middle comes out clean. Cold for 10 min. Remove from pans.
