Receta Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. honey
- 6 med. bananas
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 c. oil
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 c. whole wheat flour
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Mix honey and oil. Mash the bananas and add in to the honey and oil. Stir in the vanilla and beaten Large eggs and blend well. Mix dry ingredients together and add in to banana mix. Mix well, then add in nuts. Bake in loaf pans at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 min.
