Receta Whole Wheat Spoon Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 packages. yeast
- 3/4 c. hot water
- 1 T honey
- 1 T salt
- 3 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. honey
- 10 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. soy lowfat milk pwdr
- 1/2 c. hot oil
- 1/2 c. molasses
Direcciones
- Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside till it rises. Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. After yeast rises, add in mix to liquid ingredients. Add in warm oil. Mix all ingredients together well. Spoon into greased bread pans. Let rise 40 min or possibly till double in bulk. Bake for 15 min at 425 degrees or possibly for 25 min at 375 degrees. Yield: 4 loaves.
