Receta Winter Fruit With Lemon Yogurt Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 c. seedless red grapes, halved
- 1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
- 1 c. cubed, unpeeled tart red apples
- 1 c. cubed, unpeeled tart green apples
- 8 ounce carton lowfat lemon yogurt
- 1/2 c. evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 1 T grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/4 c. toasted pecans
Direcciones
- Put together fruits in medium bowl. Put together sauce ingredients except pecans; mix well. Mix with fruit. Serve in small fruit dishes or possibly sherbet glasses. Sprinkle with pecans. Serves 6-8.
