- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 package active dry yeast (1/4 ounce)
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg

%20In%20a%20small%20bowl%20add%20yeast%20to%20the%201/2%20cup%20warm%20water%20and%20mix%20to%20dissolve.%20In%20a%20large%20mixing%20bowl%20add%201%20cup%20of%20the%20flour,%20the%20cooled%20milk%20mixture,%20the%20yeast%20and%20the%20egg.%20Mix%20well%20with%20a%20spoon.%20Add%20the%20other%201%201/2%20cups%20flour,%20mix%20and%20turn%20out%20onto%20a%20floured%20surface.%20Knead%20about%2010%20times%20until%20dough%20is%20not%20sticky,%20can%20add%20more%20flour%20if%20needed.%20Grease%20a%20large%20bowl%20or%20crock.%20(I%20just%20use%20Canola%20oil)%20Add%20dough%20and%20turn%20once%20so%20both%20sides%20will%20be%20oiled.%20Let%20rise%20about%201%201/2%20hours%20in%20a%20warm%20place.%20(I%20just%20cover%20with%20a%20dish%20towel%20on%20the%20counter.)%20After%20dough%20has%20doubled,%20punch%20down,%20remove%20from%20bowl%20and%20shape%20dough%20in%202%20inch%20balls%20(I%20make%20mine%20about%20the%20size%20of%20a%20small%20walnut).%20Place%20in%20a%20greased%20round%20pan%20touching%20each%20other.%20(Could%20use%20a%20square%20pan%20and%20can%20make%20them%20any%20size%20you%20want)%20%20Brush%20tops%20lightly%20with%20melted%20butter%20and%20let%20rise%2030%20to%2040%20minutes.%20%20Bake%20in%20preheated%20400%20degree%20oven%20for%2012%20to%2015%20minutes.%20Makes%20about%2024%20small%20rolls.%20%20%20Enjoy!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENote:%20This%20is%20the%20same%20dough%20recipe%20I%20use%20for%20my%20Cinnamon%20Rolls.%20%20You%20can%20double%20the%20recipe%20and%20make%20twice%20as%20many%20rolls%20or%20you%20could%20double%20the%20recipe%20and%20make%20half%20rolls%20and%20half%20cinnamon%20rolls.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
