  • 1/4 c. salsa, chunky (either mild, medium, or possibly warm)
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
  • 2 T minced parsley
  • Triscuits or possibly other sm. crackers
  • 1 c. prepared guacamole

Direcciones

  1. Put together cucumber, pepper, carrot, salsa, chilies, and parsley till blended. Spoon a rounded teaspoonful onto cracker and top with a dollop of guacamole and garnish with carrot if you like.
