Receta Zucchini Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. grated zucchini
- 1 c. mashed bananas
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. minced dates, optional
- 1/2 c. raisins, optional
Direcciones
- Cream oil and sugar together; add in lowfat sour cream, large eggs, zucchini and bananas. Then alternately add in flour and the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min. In bread pan or possibly 10 x 13 inch pan.
