Receta Zucchini Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 stick butter
- 5 c. thinly sliced zucchini
- 1 c. coarsely minced onions
- 12 o. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 8 count pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt, pepper, garlic pwdr to taste
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Saute zucchini slices and onion in butter till tender. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic pwdr and Italian seasoning. Turn off heat. Stir in mozzarella cheese. Let cool slightly. Stir in 2 beaten large eggs. Pour mix into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Spread crescent roll dough on top. Bake 15 to 20 min or possibly till crust is golden.
