Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 c. zucchini, grated
- 1/2 c. soft butter
- 1/4 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 c. butter
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup and level off.In large bowl, put together all coffee cake ingredients at low speed till moistened; then, beat for 2 min at medium speed. Pour into prepared pan.
- In small bowl, put together all topping ingredients till crumbly; sprinkle over batter. Bake for 30 to 40 min or possibly till toothpick inserted comes out clean. Serve warm or possibly cooled.
