Ingredientes
- 50 each cod fish - 4 oz portions
- 3 Tbsp salt
- 8 oz margarine
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 # all-purpose flour
- 1 qt ranch dressing
Direcciones
- Mix margarine, salt, and lemon juice.
- Dip each fish portion into seasoned margarine.
- Dredge fish in flour. Place close together in a single layer on greased pans.
- Pour ranch dressing over fish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
