Ingredientes
- 1/4 cup egg beaters
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8.5 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
- 15 oz can creamed corn
- 8.5 oz package jiffy corn muffin mix
- 8 oz container plain low-fat yogurt
Direcciones
- Preheat over to 350 degrees F. Spray baking dish with Pam.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and transfer mixture to baking dish.
- Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until firm.
