Ingredientes
- 4 cans beets
- 1 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 Tbsp thyme
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 2 Tbsp pepper
Direcciones
- Drain beets well and pan ip in hotel pans
- meanwhile - combine vinegar, honey, and spices and heat to combine thoroughly
- pour over beets and mix well to coat
- heat in oven until 175 F - serve with fresh chopped parsley
