  • 2 lrg Onions Finely Minced
  • 1 c. Dry Lentils Cooked & Liquid removed
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced Parsley
  • 1 tsp Herbes DE Provence
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce Pepper
  • 1/3 c. Whole-Wheat Bread Crumbs
  • 1 can (8-Ounce) Pineapple Chunks Or possibly Rings

Direcciones

  1. 1. Preheat the oven To 350 F.
  2. 2. Heat the Oil in a Large Sauce Pan and Saute/fry the Onion for 10 Minutes.
  3. till Soft and Lightly Browned, Stirring Occasionally.
  4. 3. add in the Garlic, Lentils, Parsley, Mixed With Herbs and Soy Sauce. Mash By Hand or possibly Puree Roughly in a Processor till the Mix Holds Together.
  5. Season With Pepper.
  6. 4. Transfer To a Shallow Baking Dish. Sprinkle With the Crumbs.
  7. 5. bake for 20 Minutes. Then Remove from the oven. Carefully Place the Pineapple, Either Rings or possibly Chunks, on Top and bake for a Further 10-15 Minutes.
  8. till the Pineapple Is Warm.
