  1. Mix dry ingredients, add in lowfat milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir in walnuts. Pour mix into a 9 inch square baking pan or possibly dish. Mix 3/4 c. brown sugar and the 1/4 c. cocoa, and sprinkle over the first mix. Pour the 1 3/4 c. warm water over the mix, and bake at 350 deg. F. for 45 min.
