  1. Place the beaten egg, flour and bread crumbs in separate bowls or plates.
  2. Season catfish with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Take each catfish strip and roll over the flour, then dip into the egg and finally roll over the bread crumbs.Repeat for all the catfish slices.
  4. Heat Olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the breaded catfish in batches until either side turns golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from heat and place on a plate lined with paper towel to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve warm with tomatoes slices and your favorite dip or sauce (ketchup, mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, etc.)
