  1. Heat butter in saucepan. Add in green peppers, mushrooms and pimentos. Simmer 5 min. Add in flour and blend well. Add in 3/4 of the heavy cream and all the chicken broth.
  2. Cover and cook over low heat till thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in sherry, salt, cayenne and paprika. Beat egg yolks and combine with rest of heavy cream. Stir slowly into sauce. Add in chicken and heat but don't boil. Serve on toast or possibly shells.
