  1. Butter bread and cut into cubes. Place half of bread cubes. Place half of bread crumbs in the bottom of dish. Combine chicken, vegetables, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Spoon over bread cubes. Sprinkle remaining cubes over mix. Combine Large eggs and lowfat milk and pour over all. Cover and refrigeratefor 1 hour or possibly overnight. Spoon soup over top. Sprinkle with buttered cubes. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 min or possibly till thick. Sprinkle cheese over top last few min of baking.
