  • 10 fresh green chillies
  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped
  • 3 tbsp spring onions chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger minced
  • 3 + 2 tbsp oil
  • For the Seasoning:
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp stock
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp roasted sesame power (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp ajinomoto
  • 1/2 tsp pepper power
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • Salt to taste
