Receta Chocolate Drop Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. Hershey cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. buttermilk or possibly sour lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
Direcciones
- Cream butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl and baking soda and salt. Alternately add in flour mix and buttermilk (or possibly sour lowfat milk) to creamed mix.
- Drop by teaspoonful 2 inches apart onto a large cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-9 min. Remove from cookie sheet. Cold on a wire rack. Frost if you like.
