- 5 piece of chicken or possibly a large london broil:
- 1 c. Cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning
- 5 tsp Salt, (I usually reduce this to 3 tsp)
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 x Egg

- Mix all ingredients, marinate meat for at least an hour, up to 24 hrs.
