  1. Combine the dry ingredients. Over low heat combine dry ingredients with honey and oil. Mix till ingredients are hot and sticky. Spread in a thin layer in a large pot lid and bake in a Dutch oven at low heat for 45-60 min or possibly till brown but not burned. Let cold slightly, then cover with wax paper and press into solid cake. Let cold and cut into bars or possibly squares. Wrap in waxed paper and store in zip-lock bags till ready to eat.
