Receta Hazel's Crunchy Granola

Ingredientes
- 5 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 c. wheat bran cereal
- 1 c. whole or possibly slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. sunflower oil or possibly corn oil
- 1 c. dark raisins, or possibly minced dates or possibly dry mixed fruits or possibly combination
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 300 degrees. Line a large shallow roasting pan with foil. In a large bowl combine the first five ingredients. In a saucepan heat the honey and oil just till it bubbles on the side. Pour this over the oat mix and toss. Spread this in the pan and bake 40 to 50 min or possibly till golden brown. Stir every 10 min. Remove from oven and stir in fruit. Cold before storing.
