  1. Mix cake mix according to directions on box. Pour in standard size cake pan. Throw cut up rhubarb over cake mix, sugar on top of rhubarb. Pour whipping cream over all and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve hot or possibly cool.
  2. Canned pie fruit may also be used - 2 cans, omit the sugar. Other fresh fruit is also good, add in sugar. The whipping cream becomes very custard like and nummy.
