- Use 8-inch square pan. Slice rhubarb. Sprinkle over rhubarb, 1 c. sugar and 1 (3 ounce.) package red Jello. then sprinkle on top of which 1 package Jiffy cake mix, dry. Pour 1 c. warm water over all and bake 20-30 min at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped topping or possibly ice cream.
