Name: Felicia's Pumpkin Cookies
Ingredients: 2 c. Butter, softened (4 sticks); 2 c. Sugar; 2 x Large eggs; 2 c. Mashed cooked pumpkin (or possibly canned); 2 tsp Vanilla; 5 c. All-purpose flour; 2 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 tsp Baking soda; 4 tsp Grnd cinnamon; 2 tsp Grnd cloves; 2 tsp Grnd nutmeg; 1 tsp Salt; 2 c. Raisins; 2 c. Minced walnuts

Ingredientes

2 c. Butter, softened (4 sticks)
2 c. Sugar
2 x Large eggs
2 c. Mashed cooked pumpkin (or possibly canned)
2 tsp Vanilla
5 c. All-purpose flour
2 tsp Baking pwdr
1 tsp Baking soda
4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
2 tsp Grnd cloves
2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
1 tsp Salt
2 c. Raisins
2 c. Minced walnuts

Direcciones

Preheat oven to 375 F.
Cream together the butter and sugar till smooth. Beat in the Large eggs one at a time. Add in the pumpkin and vanilla, blending well.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt.
Add in to the creamed mix, stirring well. Fold in the raisins and nuts.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake in a preheated 375 F oven for 10 to 15 min.
