Ingredientes
- 1 x (101/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 x (4oz) can mushrooms stems and pcs
- 2 x chicken breasts, halved
- 1 x soup can lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 pkt onion soup mix
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350. Mix mushroom soup and lowfat milk. Reserve 1/2 c. of the mix. Mix remaining soup mix, rice, mushrooms with liquid, and half the onion soup mix. Pour into ungreased baking dish. Place chicken breasts on top and sprinkle with garlic pwdr, salt and pepper. Pour reserved soup mix over chicken breasts and sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour. Uncover, bake 15 min longer or possibly till done.
