- 1 lb chicken tenderloins - (6 to 8) cut 1/2" pcs
- 1 can diced tomatoes - (15 ounce)
- 1 can chicken and rice, or possibly chicken
- Â Â and wild rice soup undiluted
- 1/2 c. minced vegetables
- Â Â (or possibly 1 to 2 tbspns dry vegetable flakes)
- 1 c. frzn corn
- 1 can minced green chiles - (4 ounce)
- 2 Tbsp. converted rice
- 1 sm onion minced
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 dsh oregano
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

- Combine all ingredients in the crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs.
