Ingredients: 1/2 c. Butter; 1/3 c. Whipping Cream; 1 1/4 c. Sugar; 3 lrg Large eggs; 2 c. All-Purpose Flour; 2 tsp Baking Soda; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 c. Firmly Packed Brown Sugar; 1 c. Minced Pecans; 1/2 c. Butter, Melted; 1/4 c. Whipping Cream, Or possibly Lowfat milk

Ingredientes

1/2 c. Butter
1/3 c. Whipping Cream
1 1/4 c. Sugar
3 lrg Large eggs
2 c. All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 c. Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1 c. Minced Pecans
1/2 c. Butter, Melted
1/4 c. Whipping Cream, Or possibly Lowfat milk

Direcciones

Heat oven to 350F. In 1-qt sauce pan combine 1/2 c. butter and 1/3 c. whipping cream. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, till butter melts (7-8 min); set aside. In large mixer bowl combine sugar and Large eggs.
Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, till creamy (1-2 min). Add in butter mix, flour, baking pwdr, and salt. Continue beating, scraping bowl often, untilwell mixed (1-2 min). Spread batter into greased and floured 13x9 baking pan. Bake for25-30 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Heat broiler. In small bowl stir together all frosting ingredients till well mixed. Spread over hot cake. Broil 2-4 inches from heat till bubbly (2-4 min). Serve hot or possibly cold.
