  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • Lg. pot boiling water

Direcciones

  1. Stir all ingredients till smooth. Slowly pour batter and cut off edge of bowl into hard boiling water. (Cut pcs will look like skinny dumplings.) Cook for 2 to 3 min till noodles rise to the surface. Stir lightly to keep from sticking. Put cooked noodles in another pot while cooking the rest.
  2. Reheat leftovers by frying lightly.
