- Stir all ingredients till smooth. Slowly pour batter and cut off edge of bowl into hard boiling water. (Cut pcs will look like skinny dumplings.) Cook for 2 to 3 min till noodles rise to the surface. Stir lightly to keep from sticking. Put cooked noodles in another pot while cooking the rest.
- Reheat leftovers by frying lightly.
