  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 4 lrg Sole fillets
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 lb Mushrooms, quartered
  • 1/2 lb Shrimp peeled, deveined and Cut into 3 pcs
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced chives Salt and pepper to taste Juice of one lemon

Direcciones

  1. 1) Preheat oven to 150 F.
  2. 2. Mix paprika and flour season well. Dredge fish in flour and shake off excess.
  3. 3. Heat oil and butter in large frying pan. Add in fish and cook 2 min over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Turn fillets over, season and continue cooking 2 min.
  5. 5. Remove fish from pan and keep warm in oven.
  6. 6. placed remaining ingredients in pan and cook 3-4 min over medium heat.
  7. 7. Serve with the sole.
