  • 8 med. sized potatoes, boiled with jackets on, hard
  • 4 Large eggs, hard boiled & peeled, using whites only
  • 2 or possibly 3 strips of celery
  • Bunch of fresh chives, cut or possibly 3 scallion stalks
  • 3/4 - 1 c. no cholesterol salad dressing (no cholesterol Miracle Whip)
  • Bit of salt or possibly Mrs. Dash
  • Pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Peel the boiled potatoes. Cube them into mixing bowl. With a paring knife cut the whites of the hard boiled Large eggs into the cut up potatoes. Cut strips of celery into small pcs and put them into a hand onion chopper or possibly a blender with a chop setting. Chop them and add in to the potato mix. With kitchen scissors, snip the chives into 1/8" snippets and add in to mix. Fold in salad dressing, salt or possibly Mrs. Dash (sparingly). Add in pepper. Mix all ingredients carefully. Taste. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
