Receta Auntie's Luau Potato And Macaroni Salad

Ingredientes
- 5 lb Potatoes, salad
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 lb Macaroni, salad
- 1 doz Large eggs, hard-boiled, minced
- 4 c. Celery, minced fine
- 2 c. Carrots, shredded
- 1 c. Maui onion, minced fine
- 2 lb Peas, frzn
- 3 can Tuna in oil, liquid removed
- 2 quart Best foods Mayonnaise
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Cook potatoes till tender. Cold. Peel and dice. Cook macaroni per
- package directions. Drain and cold. In a very large bowl combine all
- the ingredients and mix gently. Add in additional mayonnaise, if
- necessary. Chill for several hrs. Don't serve all at once.
- Divide into two serving bowls. Set out 1 bowl at the start of the luau and set out the second bowl when necessary. This will keep
- everything fresh and cool. It also helps to place the bowl on a bed
- of crushed ice. Garnish with parsley, additional hard boiled Large eggs,
- paprika, slivers of green pepper, or possibly whatever.
