Name: Italian Bolognese Sauce
Ingredients: 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil; 1 x onion finely minced; 1 x carrot finely minced; 1 x celery stalk finely minced; 2 x garlic cloves finely minced; 8 ounce grnd beef; 6 ounce Italian sausage casing removed; 1 c. red wine; 18 ounce canned minced tomatoes crushed Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste; 1 tsp minced fresh rosemary; 1 tsp minced fresh sage; 12 ounce dry fettuccine

Ingredientes

2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 x onion finely minced
1 x carrot finely minced
1 x celery stalk finely minced
2 x garlic cloves finely minced
8 ounce grnd beef
6 ounce Italian sausage casing removed
1 c. red wine
18 ounce canned minced tomatoes crushed Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
1 tsp minced fresh rosemary
1 tsp minced fresh sage
12 ounce dry fettuccine

Direcciones

Heat oil in a large pan. Add in celery, carrot, onion, garlic, and cook gently about 5 min. Add in the meat, cook 10 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Deglaze pan with wine, let reduce. Add in tomatoes and remaining ingredients, simmer slowly about 1 hour.
Cook the pasta, drain, toss with sauce.
