  1. Soak the bread crumbs or possibly cereal in the lowfat milk for 15 min. Combine all the other ingredients and add in the crumb-lowfat milk mix. Mix well. Divide the mix and place equal amounts in pans of same size. Press the mix firmly into the corners of the pans and have the top level. Bake in a moderate oven at 350 F. for 2 hrs. Allow loaves to stand in a hot place for 20 - 30 min for easy slicing.
