Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. ham loaf mix (1 pound grnd ham, 1/2 pound grnd pork)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. lowfat milk to moisten
Direcciones
- Mix ham loaf mix, egg, bread crumbs and add in lowfat milk to desired moisture. Form into loaf. Baste throughout cooking with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
