  • 2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce.) carton frzn whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. orange gelatin
  • 1/4 c. minced pecans
  • 1/4 c. coconut

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients; sprinkle gelatin over mix and stir well. Spoon mix into 9x13x2 inch dish. Combine pecans and coconut. Sprinkle over salad. Refrigerate6 hrs or possibly overnight. 8 servings.
