Ingredientes
- 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 1 (20 ounce.) can pineapple chunks, liquid removed
- 2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
- 1 (8 ounce.) carton frzn whipped topping, thawed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. orange gelatin
- 1/4 c. minced pecans
- 1/4 c. coconut
Direcciones
- Combine first 5 ingredients; sprinkle gelatin over mix and stir well. Spoon mix into 9x13x2 inch dish. Combine pecans and coconut. Sprinkle over salad. Refrigerate6 hrs or possibly overnight. 8 servings.
