Receta Nutty Pimiento Cheese Balls and last minute Superbowl Snacks!

Ingredientes
- Nutty Pimiento Cheese Balls
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack (I used Hot Pepper Jack)
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. drained, chopped pimientos
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of freshly ground pepper
- 1-1/2 cups chopped toasted pecans
- Spinach Stuffing Balls
- 2 cups finely crushed herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- For the Roasted Red Pepper Puree:
- 1 cup jarred roasted red peppers, drained
- 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
