Ingredientes
- 160g Oreo cookies, remove the cream and crush it or grind coarsely
- 80g Melted butter or add a little more if needed
- Mix crushed Oreo cookies with butter and press them firmly on the base of the prepared pan and chill in the refrigerator for later use.
- Cream Cheese filling:
- 250g Cream cheese (room temperature)
- 70g Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Fresh milk
- 100ml Sour cream/natural yoghurt
- 3 tbsp Plain flour - sifted
