  • 1 med zucchini, quartered and sliced
  • 6 ounce fresh mushrooms
  • 3/4 c. Italian salad dressing, low divided
  • 3/4 lb medium fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12 ounce fettucine, uncooked
  • 28 ounce marinara sauce

Direcciones

  1. In large baking dish, toss vegetables and 1/2 c. salad dressing; cover. In small bowl, toss shrimp, and remaining dressing; cover. Marinate vegetables and shrimp 30 min; drain.
  2. Grill or possibly broil vegetables till slightly brown, about 5 minutes per side. Grill or possibly broil shrimp till pink, about 2 minutes per side. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  3. Meanwhile, in large saucepan, stir together marinara sauce and vegetables, heat to boiling. Reduce heat; add in shrimp and heat through. Toss warm pasta and sauce.
