  1. Blend flour, salt, paprika, basil and tarragon together. Combine butter and oil in a shallow dish. Roll chicken first in butter mix then in flour mix. Arrange the chicken in a small Dutch oven. Sprinkle with remaining flour mix.
  2. Combine brandy and broth and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 min or possibly till chicken is tender. Sprinkle with green onions and parsley. A whole chicken can be used.
