Ingredientes
- 6 ounce Unsweetened chocolate sq.
- 2 c. Flour
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3/4 c. Butter
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1Â 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1Â 1/2 c. Chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 deg f. Heat chocolate squares in double boiler, over warm, but not boiling water. Sift flour, baking pwdr, and salt together.
- Cream suagr and butter together till fluffy. Add in Large eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Add in vanilla and mix well. Add in dry mix alternately with lowfat milk. Mix well. Mix in chocolate chips. Pour into: for brownies; a greased 10 x 15 inch pan, for cake; a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 deg f for (cake) 40-45 min, for brownies, bake for 25-30 min. Frost with chocolate glaze when cold.
- Makes (cake or possibly brownies) 18servings.
