Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Rice, (800 g)
  • 1 c. Poha, (pressed rice) (160 g)
  • 1 c. Urad dal, (200 g)
  • 3/4 tsp Salt, (4 g)
  • 1/4 tsp Soda bicarb, (1 g)

Direcciones

  1. SOAK the rice and urad dal together for at least an hour. Wash well. Wash the poha. Grind the rice, urad dal and poha to a smooth paste. Add in sufficient water to obtain a smooth and thin batter. Add in soda bicarb and salt to taste. Stir well.
