  • 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 c. Onions -- finely minced
  • 2 tsp Garlic -- chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 lb Grnd beef, lean
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh grnd black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Tomato paste
  • 28 ounce Can
  • 1/3 c. Raisins, seedless
  • 1 lb Pasta -- cooked
  • 1/4 c. Parsley -- minced
  • 1/4 c. Pine nuts -- toasted
  •     Tomatoes

Direcciones

  1. 1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in onions and cook, stirring, till translucent/soft, 5 min. Stir in garlic, cumin and cinnamon and cook 30 seconds. Add in beef, salt and pepper; cook crumbling beef with spoon, till browned, 5 min.
  2. 2. Stir in tomato paste, tomatoes with their liquid and raisins. Bring to boil, breakig up tomatoes with spoon. Reduce heat and simmer 10 min.
  3. 3. Toss sauce with pasta and parsley. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
