Receta Sicilian Pasta With Meat Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. Onions -- finely minced
- 2 tsp Garlic -- chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 lb Grnd beef, lean
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Fresh grnd black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 28 ounce Can
- 1/3 c. Raisins, seedless
- 1 lb Pasta -- cooked
- 1/4 c. Parsley -- minced
- 1/4 c. Pine nuts -- toasted

Direcciones
- 1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in onions and cook, stirring, till translucent/soft, 5 min. Stir in garlic, cumin and cinnamon and cook 30 seconds. Add in beef, salt and pepper; cook crumbling beef with spoon, till browned, 5 min.
- 2. Stir in tomato paste, tomatoes with their liquid and raisins. Bring to boil, breakig up tomatoes with spoon. Reduce heat and simmer 10 min.
- 3. Toss sauce with pasta and parsley. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
