I do love food and everything about it, from the taste to the texture, to even the science and philosophy of food. I love how it can comfort, how it can surprise, how it can even disgust the senses. Sometimes I love cooking more than eating, where the culinary creations conjured up in my head are manifested through my finger tips to bring people together in a nourishing delight. I love thinking about what I will cook for dinner when still two hours away from ending my work day. I love browsing the produce department or farmer’s market, thinking of fresh combination's and ways to cook vegetables. I love complicated recipes, with all its classical techniques as much as I love the simple, forward thinking ones. I am The Average Foodie.
