Staying in close contact with "The Sweetest Craft of the world" has always been one of my strongest passions, before becoming part of me and my primary job.
This activity is not only "job" but is mostly an art where you bring all our imagination to transform quality raw materials, assemble tastes, create new delights for the palate. And I must say that it is very satisfactory ... Who tastes the finished product is a pastry, a croissant or a slice of cake, do not always realize the great sacrifices and enormous passion that this work requires. Behind the pastry is hidden from the soul of a professional artist, whose works often are unknown and certainly much less their personality ..
A good professional background, comparison with colleagues and love to share their experience with those around me through the web, mean that increases more and more continuous stimulation of "improvement". My reference point is always the same: be yourself, objectives, flexible in the changes and try to offer products that recall the tradition, innovation and sound presentation. This for me is the path that daily brings me pleasure to serve with everything I create.
Knowledge of raw materials is the basis of everything, from there you can create countless recipes and by the most imaginative and elegant at the same time.
