My wife Erin and I have a food blog called Root. She does most of the writing and I do the recipes.
Root .Not just root vegetables (though they are delicious). Not just underground - buried, hidden, or tragically hip . If it's good - it's good; be it a 2AM Coney dog, or a lavender infused roast Poussin. We'll try to suss it out, tell you a little bit about it, how to cook it, how/ where to find it. Dig in.
